Warranty Coverage
- All laptops and desktop computers sold by us include a 3 Months Warranty.
- Warranty covers hardware issues under normal usage conditions.
Repair Policy
- Products with warranty claims will be inspected and repaired accordingly.
- We do not provide refunds for products that can be repaired under warranty.
Refund Policy
- No refund will be processed once the product has been sold and delivered.
- Refunds will only be considered if:
- The product cannot be repaired, and
- Replacement stock is not available
In such cases, a refund for the affected product will be processed.
Warranty Exclusions
Warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage
- Water damage
- Power surge damage
- Damage caused by improper handling or misuse
- Software-related issues caused by customers
Return Conditions
Customers must notify us within 48 hours if:
- Wrong item received
- Product damaged during delivery
